The EU court backs the EMA position on CCI
On 06 Feb 2018, the EU General Court backed the European Medicines Agency in three cases that challenged the agency's authority to release documents under EU transparency regulations.
These rulings are of interest for sponsoring pharmaceutical companies in consideration of what may or may not be considered Commercially Confidential Information (CCI) in clinical documents for public disclosure.
