We are very happy to inform you that the registration for EMWA’s first virtual Expert Seminar Series (ESS) is now open!

This first edition of virtual ESS is devoted to medical devices, which are still a hot topic for the medical writing community. The implementation of the EU Medical Device Regulation has been postponed by one year; nevertheless, we as medical writers embrace this additional time to master our skills and knowledge. Get prepared and be ready for the new challenges ahead!

The EMWA ESS on medical device will be held on Tuesday, 9 June 2020, from 9:30 to 12:00 CEST, and will cover two talks and a panel discussion. Jonathan Sutch, BSI UK, will discuss Drug/ device combination regulation including Article 117 and Richard Houlihan, EudaMed - The new EUDAMED under the MDR. Both topics highly relevant to our work.

We are pleased to be able to advise there will be a registration fee of only €75 for non-members, and €50 for members for this inaugural ESS. Do not miss this opportunity!
